Senior Division TLP (Trilingual Program)

This aims to expand the TLP (Trilingual Program), first introduced in the Junior Division in 2013, into the Senior Division of the College of Arts and Sciences. The program seeks to develop an elite equipped for the new age with a proficiency in English, Japanese, and one other foreign language. At present, Chinese is offered as the additional language to complement English and Japanese. In principle, the program is aimed at students who have successfully completed the TLP in the Junior Division. However, students whose ability in both English and Chinese is recognised to be at least of an equivalent level to that of those who have completed the Junior Division TLP are eligible to newly join the program in the Senior Division. As a general rule, classes will be conducted in English and Chinese. In addition, overseas training will form a part of required credits for program completion.
