2017 Summer Office Closure Notice
This is to inform that the Dean’s Office, the Administration Building, Library Division, Administration Office of the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, General
Administration Offices, etc., will be closed to cope with the summer power saving on the following days.
Summer Office Closure
Monday, August 14, 2017 – Tuesday, August 15, 2017
In accordance with the plan, all the services including phone calls, counter services, and postal and campus mailing services will be suspended during the period. Therefore, please notify any relevant parties in advance.
Furthermore, you are kindly requested to set your summer holidays accordingly and close all the offices on the same days. If you close the office on another day at each organizational units (such as Department, Research Group, Laboratory ,etc.) due to your duties, please ask to the General Affairs Section, General Affairs Division beforehand.
