【施設係より】防災訓練のお知らせ（10/23（水）正午開始）

防災委員長
10月23日（水）12:00より，本郷キャンパスと同時開催で大規模地震発生時に備えた防災訓練を実施いたします．
駒場Iキャンパスにいる全学生と全教職員を対象とし，授業・研究・職務の最中に地震が発生したとの想定により，2限終了10分前（12:00）から訓練を開始します．
防災訓練では，全学生と全教職員による，初期の安全行動の訓練（かばん等で頭部を保護）を実施します．11号館，12号館，13号館・3号館,15号館,16号館,アドラボ棟・アドミニ棟については，初期対応訓練に続いて，一次避難場所（建物外）への避難訓練も行います．
防災訓練の内容に関する事前説明会を下記のとおり開催いたします．特に防災訓練当日（水曜2限）に授業予定の教員の皆様につきましては，ぜひご参加いただければと存じます．どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます．

防災訓練の概要
１．日時 10月23日（水）12:00から
２．対象 全ての学生，教員，職員
■［全学生・全教職員］
12:00 初期対応訓練（雨天決行）
12:00に，震度6弱の地震を想定した緊急地震速報が流れます．
全学生と全教職員は，授業や研究等を中断して，約30秒間，かばんなどで頭部を保護し，身の安全を確保してください．また，ドアを開けて脱出経路を確保し，可能であれば，机の下などの安全な場所に避難してください．

12:05 訓練終了
11号館，12号館，13号館・3号館,15号館,16号館,アドラボ棟・アドミニ棟以外には，12:05に訓練終了の放送が流れます．
放送が聞こえない場合でも12:05で訓練終了とし，2限の授業を再開してください．

12:01～ 一次避難場所への避難（雨天中止）
11号館，12号館，13号館・3号館,15号館,16号館,アドラボ棟・アドミニ棟にいる学生と教職員については，建物外に出る避難訓練を行います．
12:01に，11号館，12号館，13号館・3号館,15号館,16号館,アドラボ棟・アドミニ棟には避難指示の放送が流れます．
教室ごとの避難経路は廊下などに掲示しておき，避難場所には目印を設置しておきます．
教員の指示のもと，学生は荷物を持ち，建物外にある一次避難場所に避難します．
教員は，教室から学生が全員退出したことを確認後，最後に退室してください．
一人での避難が困難な学生がいましたら、他の学生や教員のご協力をお願いします。

12:10頃 安否確認の実施（雨天中止）
建物外に避難後，学生が教員（どの教員でもよい）に「安全カード」という紙を提出することによって安否を確認します．これで学生は訓練終了です．
安全カードは，1次避難場所に用意してありますので，履修学生に指示してください．
担当教員は，集まった安全カードの枚数を数えて（1次避難場所で配布した）封筒に入れ，封筒の表面に枚数を記入します．
この封筒を，各号館外にある集計場所に提出して訓練終了です．
■［希望者のみ コミプラ前にて］
13:00～ 消火訓練（雨天決行）
14:00～ VR防災体験車試乗
希望者についてのみ，13:00からコミプラ前にて，消火器の操作方法を習う訓練を行います．その後VR防災体験車試乗を行います。
また，賞味期限が近い保存水の在庫を，希望者に配布する予定です．

Earthquake response drill on the Komaba I campus (please find attached.)
On October 23th (Wed), starting at 12:00 (10 min before the end of the second period), the College of Arts and Sciences will have an earthquake response drill. All students and teachers on the Komaba I campus are asked to participate in the drill. Buildings #11, #12, #13,#3, #15, #16, Advanced Laboratory, Administration Building
(ALL students, teachers and staff)
At 12:00, you will hear an advance notification of the earthquake response drill and then a mock "Earthquake Early Warning". The drill will be conducted based on the scenario that strong shaking will come soon after the mock warning and will last for 30 sec.

[Initial Response] As soon as you hear the mock warning, please stop your lecture and tell your students to protect their heads using their bags and, if possible, to find shelter under a desk. Open the doors to secure an exit for escape, but do not rush outside. All classroom buildings on the Komaba campus are earthquake-proof.

[Evacuation] At 12:01, you will hear an announcement asking you to evacuate Buildings #11, #12, #13, #3, #15, #16 Advanced Laboratory, Administration Building.
Then please ask your students to evacuate the building with their bags and proceed to the designated evacuation area outside the building.
Teachers are asked to check that all students leave the classroom and, if necessary, to help disabled students evacuate the building.

[Safety Confirmation] At the designated evacuation area, please collect the safety cards from your students. For the students who submit their cards to the teachers, the drill is now finished.
Teachers are asked to count the number of cards, put them in an envelope, write the number on the envelope, and give the envelope to an administration staff member in front of buildings #11, #12, #13, #3, #15, #16 Advanced Laboratory, Administration Building.
All the above drills will be completed by 12:20. Note that in case of rain, the evacuation and safety confirmation drills will be cancelled.

A fire extinguishing drill will start at 13:00 in front of the Administration Office. Teachers and students who are interested in this drill are welcome to participate.
