Regarding in-person exams for April-entry students' courses Important
To those who will have regular exams in person:
If you are not able to sit for regular exams for April-entry students' courses to be conducted in person since you are infected with COVID-19, certified as having had close contact with an infected person, please make sure to take the necessary procedures as below:
・Report the symptoms through "COVID-19 Infection Report Form, and consult a medical institution promptly.
・Submit a medical certificate or an equivalent to the Academic Affairs Division as soon as possible. (The Academic Affairs Division will inform you how to submit the documents.) It is not allowed to take any alternative measures if you take the procedures after the start of the exam.
