Who are the GO Tutors?
The Globalization Office (GO) of the College of Arts and Sciences offers at Komaba I campus a tutor system for international students of mainly first-year of PEAK, KOMSTEP, and USTEP. GO Tutors are Japanese or international students at the University of Tokyo with superior academic abilities and English skills.

What do we do?
GO Tutors assist International students of mainly first-year of PEAK, KOMSTEP, and USTEP with their studies, giving advice and assistance in order to help them to adjust to their new environment (e.g., Japanese or math/science subjects problems,getting campus facilities or club/circle info, how to paying bills, etc... Of course just chatting with us is also welcome!). We also sometimes organize fun events where students can interact with each other and enjoy their experience in Japan.

When and where are the tutoring sessions by GO Tutors held?
Please feel free to come to the GO Lounge (B1 Floor, 21KOMCEE West: Map) during our office hours, from 12:10 till 16:40 on weekdays.
Online sessions are also available. Feel free to message us anytime on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/gogogotutor) or DM on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/go_tutor/). Please note that replies will be sent during the office hours above.

The tutoring is not necessarily a one-on-one session, and you do not need to make any appointments. The sessions are very casual, so please do not hesitate to come for their help with anything, big or small!
