Check your grade reports on UTAS through "Grade"> "Junior Division"> "Check Status of Evaluation". Please print out by yourself or download the PDF.

<Grade Confirmation Request>
Registration period for the grade confirmation request is from August 19 (Fri) 10:00 AM to August 22 (Mon) 4:50 PM (JST) on UTAS. Before requesting the grade confirmation, please read carefully the following PDF file.
*For requesting a grade confirmation, you need to state a specific reason. The grades will be corrected if the course instructor finds that there is an error in the grading based on the stated reason.

<Notification of Fail/Pass to Advance to Year 3>
Check your status for the next academic year on UTAS through "Admission to Senior Division"> "Check Your Preference/Academic Status". The department/course you have been admitted to is displayed in green, and the Admission Status will show "Admitted" on the screen.

*Grades for courses such as Thematic Courses / Specialized Seminar that are held after August 10 will be given after the course finished and the instructor registered the grade.

*The grade report for the Junior Division(PDF) does not include grades of Specialized Courses. Grades for Specialized Courses will be available after you matriculate to the Senior Division.

*Grade Score will be available to view from late September. (TBD)

*Grades will be reflected on transcript in early October. (TBD)
