(Notice) Changes to the Registration Schedules for S2 Term Courses Important
To PEAK Junior Division Students
Due to the changeover to the new UTokyo Academic affairs System (UTAS), registration schedules for S2 Term Courses will change as follows:
◎Submission Period of the Instructor’s Approval Form for S2 Term courses
【1st and 2nd Year PEAK Students】
Jun. 5 (Mon) ～ Jun. 9 (Fri) noon (to the PEAK/GPEAK section)
Jun. 19 (Mon) ～ Jun. 20 (Tue) 4:50 p.m. (to the PEAK/GPEAK section)
◎Review/ Correction Period for S2 Term courses
【1st and 2nd Year PEAK Students】
Jun. 19 (Mon) 10:00 a.m. ～ Jun. 20 (Tue) 4:50 p.m. (Register through UTAS)
You cannot log in to the UTask-Web after Jun. 9 (Fri) 4:50 p.m. The academic procedures which have been made through the UTask-Web will be available through UTAS after the changeover. The online users’ Manual for UTAS will be posted and we will inform you of the URL at a later date. Note that access to the UTAS will be concentrated right after the changeover. Please check your registration status well in advance and strictly observe the above deadlines.
