Make-up Exam registration for S Semester 2018
●For the First Year Students
Make-up exams for courses offered in the 1S Semester will be held in October for Mathematical Sciences, and Material and Life Sciences.
Eligibility of Examinee:
- Criteria A (Student who are absent from the Regular Exam due to illness, accidents or other unforeseen
circumstances.)
- Criteria C (Students who are absent from the Regular Exam or receive a grade of “F/Fail”.)
●For the Second Year Students (※Only applicable for students who will repeat a year(Ryu-nen))
Make-up exams right after the confirmation of a repeat year (Ryu-nen) will be held in October for Mathematical Sciences, and Material and Life Sciences.
Eligibility of Examinee:
- Criteria C (Students who were absent from the regular exam (last-class exam or exam-period exam) or
received grade of “F/Fail”.)
●Registration periods and registration methods
Criteria A : August 1 (Wed) ～ August 21 (Tue) 4:50 p.m. (To the PEAK/GPEAK Section counter)
－Only for the First-Year Students.
－ Submit “Make-up Exam (Absence) Request” as well as an official document such as a medical certificate
or a traffic accident report to the PEAK/GPEAK Section, Academic Affairs Division (counter 2).
Criteria C : September 10 (Mon) 10:00 a.m. ～ September 12 (Wed) 4:50 p.m. (Through UTAS)
－ Tick the checkbox for the course you will register on UTAS screen (“Exam-Period Exam”>“Register for
Make-up Exams”)
