Notification of Grade Reports for 2024A Make-up Exam: May 13(Tue) 10:00am-
◆Notification of Grade Reports: May 13 (Tue) 10:00 AM
Check your grade reports on UTAS through "Grade"→"Junior Division"→"Check Status of Evaluation".
Please print out by yourself or download the PDF.
*Grades will be updated only for the courses that you have taken the make-up exams.
*Note that if the grade score of the make-up exam is lower than initial grade received in the regular exam, the latter is upheld as the grade for the Semester or Term.
*Scores of the make-up exam will be reflected in the grade reports of the S Semester.
◆Grade Confirmation Request Procedure
If you have recieved the grades "F", "Fail" or "Absent" and believe there is an obvious error in the evaluation, you can request a confirmation of grade evaluation.
Be sure that this is not a relief system.
Before requesting the grade confirmation, please read carefully the following notification.

Submissin period: May 13 (Tue) 10:00 AM ~ May 14 (Wed) 4:50 PM (JST) [Observe Strictly]
*For requesting a grade confirmation, you need to state a specific reason.
The grades will be corrected if the course instructor finds that there is an error in the grading based on the stated reason.
The grade confirmation request can be submitted using the online form from the following URL.
Please sign in with your email address (your ten digits number@utac.u-tokyo.ac.jp) and password (same as for UTokyo account).
