Deadline exception of procedures for leave of absence and withdrawal (for second-year students)
Procedures for leave of absence and withdrawal (for second-year students) For those who wish to take a leave of absence or withdrawal from the university depending on the result of Senior Division Course Selection (Shingaku-sentaku), the deadline for the following procedures is 4:00p.m on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
- Leave of absence beginning from October 1, 2021 (leave of absence from A Semester)
-Withdrawal at the end of September 2021 (withdrawal at the end of the S semester)
All required documents must be submitted to Academic Affairs Division by the deadline. Please allow enough time before the deadline to receive an explanation of the procedure at the counter of Academic Affairs Division or through the email to peak.admin.c[@]gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp. Please note that you may be obliged to pay the tuition for A semester if you exceeded the above deadline.
