[For Year 2 students] Make-up Exam (Criteria A) Registration for 2023S Semester
Second-year PEAK students who are absent from the Regular Exam due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances may request to take a make-up exam in August.
<Criteria A> For 2nd-year students only
Those acknowledged as having been absent from the Regular Exam due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances
Eligible courses: Mathematical Sciences, Material and Life Sciences
Those who wish to take a make-up exam based on Criteria A must submit "August Make-up Exam Request" and an official document such as a medical certificate to the PEAK/GPEAK Section, Academic Affairs Division during the following submission period. The details are as per below.
-Submission Period: Monday, July 31 to 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 1 (Strictly observed)

*Submissions after the deadline will not be accepted. If you are difficult to meet the deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us during the submission period.
Requests for a make-up exam are screened based on the reason for your absence and your overall academic status. The list of students who are given permission to take the make-up exam will be notified via email.
The August Make-up Exam for second-year students will be held on Friday, August 4.
