[For Year 2 students] Make-up Exam (Criteria A) Registration for 2025S Semester
Second-year PEAK students who are absent from the Exam-period Exam due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances may request to take a make-up exam in August.
<Criteria A> For 2nd-year students only
Those acknowledged as having been absent from the Exam-period Exam due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances
Eligible courses: Mathematical Sciences, Material and Life Sciences
Those who wish to take a make-up exam based on Criteria A must submit the request with an official document such as a medical certificate to the PEAK/GPEAK Section, Academic Affairs Division during the following submission period.
The details are as per below.
-Submission Period: July 28 (Mon) to July 29 (Tue) 4:00 pm (Strictly observed)
-Submission Procedure: Submit the request and upload the official document via this link.
*Submissions outside of the designated period will not be accepted. If you are difficult to meet the deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us during the submission period.
*Requests for a make-up exam are screened based on the reason for your absence and your overall academic status.
*Students who are given permission to take the make-up exam will be notified via email.
The August Make-up Exam for second-year students will be held on August 4 (Mon).
