Check your grade reports on UTAS.
UTAS> "Grade"> "Junior Division"> "Check Status of Evaluation". Please print out by yourself or download the PDF.

How to read the Grade Report for 2S Semester 2025icon_pdf.gif

[Note]
*Grade report for Junior Division (PDF) does not include grades for Specialized Courses. Grades for the Senior Division courses will appear on "Check Status of Evaluation" screen UTAS from August 22 (Fri) 10:00AM. Please note that grades for the Senior Division will be reflected in your grade report and transcript after you advance to the Senior Division.
*Grades for some Intensive Courses such as Thematic Courses (e.g. Specialized Seminar and Fieldwork) will be given after the course has finished and the instructor has registered the grades.
*Grades will be reflected on transcript in early October. (TBD)

Grade Confirmation Request

Registration period for the Grade Confirmation Request is from August 19 (Tue) 10:00 AM to August 20 (Wed) 4:50 PM (JST) on UTAS.

For requesting a grade confirmation, you need to state a specific reason.
The grades will be corrected if the course instructor finds that there is an error in the grading based on the stated reason.
Be sure to read the following document before requesting a grade confirmation.

Notification of Fail/Pass to Advance to Year 3

Check your status for the next academic year on UTAS.
UTAS> "Admission to Senior Division"> "Check Your Preference/Academic Status".
The department/course you have been admitted to is displayed in green, and the Admission Status will show "Admitted".

[Note]
Those who are advancing to Year 3 must participate in the PEAK Senior Division Guidance.
Check the date and time of the guidance as follows:

- Japan in East Asia
Date & Time: Sep. 30 13:00 ~ 14:00
Location: Collaboration Room 2 on the 4th floor of Building No. 18.
Will also be broadcast simultaneously on Zoom (But in-person participation is recommended).

- Environmental Sciences
Date & Time: Sep. 30 15:00 ~ 16:00
Location: KIBER 314
