Dear International students of the University of Tokyo
We are asking you for the cooperation for the survey on International
student university life, 2014.
The object of this survey is to obtain basic reference material for
providing a better student service
for international students enrolled in the University of Tokyo.
You will not be requested to give your names, and the information
obtained will be used solely as a statistically
processed reference material. Your personal information will neither be
made public nor used for any purpose other than this survey.
Please reply before Jan. 5th.

If both you and your spouse are international students enrolled in the
University of Tokyo,
either only one of you are kindly requested to answer the questions
after 7-4 that are about your family and personal finances.
Other parts are separate questions for both you and your spouse.
Please decide which of you will answer the relevant questions before you
start.
