Notice regarding the mandatory annual Students' Health Check-up in AY2026 (Make reservation & Submit questionnaire within April) Important
Dear PEAK Year 1 (2025 September-entry) students,
The next mandatory Students' Health Check-up on Komaba Campus is happening May 12 (Tue)~May 15 (Fri). Reservations and Online Medical Questionnaire submissions must be made in April. Please refer to the following link:

Additionally, please stop by the PEAK/GPEAK Section (Counter 2, 1F Administration Bldg.) to pick up a urinary test kit prior to your check-up reservation.
