Regarding Course Registration for the 2025 Academic Year A Semester (A1/A2 Terms)
The course registration period via UTAS (Academic Affairs System) for courses offered in the 2025 Academic Year A Semester (A1/A2 Terms) for students enrolled in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences is as follows.
・Please be sure to register via UTAS and complete registration within this period.
・Prior advisor approval required.
*For detailed course information, please check the latest updates on UTAS (syllabi are updated regularly), UTOL, and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences website pages for "Schedule Changes (Day/Time/Room Changes, etc.)" and "Intensive Courses."
・Registration, including for intensive courses, will not be accepted outside the procedure period below.
・Courses offered by other faculties and graduate schools must also be registered during the period below.
・Since many changes are expected to occur this semester, please frequently check UTAS and GPEAK Website to obtain the latest information.
*Note that course registration and correction (including intensive courses) cannot be made after the course registration period. Please also register for courses offered in other faculties or graduate schools during the period below.
Course Registration Period：October 2 (Thu) - 20 (Mon)
For Doctoral Students
Doctoral students wishing to take undergraduate courses (courses for 3rd and 4th year students) for teaching credential subjects or qualification acquisition must submit the "Course Registration Form (for Undergraduate Courses)" via email application during the above period.
Please note that even if you register for undergraduate courses in UTAS without submitting this form, your enrollment will not be approved.

Subject: [Undergraduate Course Enrollment Application] Name (Student ID Number)
・Name, Student ID Number, Major/Program
・Reason for enrollment (e.g., to obtain teaching credentials)
・Desired courses (Faculty offering, Day/Period, Schedule Code, Course Name, Instructor)
・Email showing approval from your academic advisor (including header information such as sender's email address and send date/time)
