(To PEAK fourth year students) Answers to questionnaire on graduation plans must be submitted by May 13(Fri). Important
To PEAK fourth year students,
PEAK Senior Division students in the year of graduation must fill out and submit “Questionnaire relating to Graduation Plans” to the PEAK/GPEAK Section via email to peak.admin@adm.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp by May 13 (Fri) 2016.
Please download the Excel form from here.
Note: The submission deadline must be observed, as the name in Katakana/Kanji and Alphabet entered on the form will be used on your diploma.
