Request for change from Senior Division Liberal Art Courses to Liberal Arts Courses for Advanced Students
Categories of courses designated as "Senior Division Liberal Art Courses" are generally according to the table of Course Categories in the Senior Division or deemed as courses of other faculties. However, students matriculated to the Senior Division in or after April 2016 may apply for changing the categories to "Liberal Arts Courses for Advanced Students" in order to meet the graduation requirements as specified by each course program.
If you have obtained any credits for "Senior Division Liberal Art Courses" and wish to change "each category from (2) to (6) in the aforementioned table or courses from other faculties" to "(1) Liberal Arts Courses for Advanced Students", please submit the form of "Request for Course Category Change to Liberal Arts Courses for Advanced Students" as described below:
Application form: Please download from here. The approval from the Program Director of JEA or ES to which you belong by email must be obtained before submission.
Submission period: Friday, April 10 - Wednesday, April 15, 2020
Submission Method: Please upload the form with the copy of email to prove that the Program Director has approved at prescribed URL.

・You can check each course designated as "Senior Division Liberal Art Courses" on the syllabus through UTAS.
・Courses are designated as a "Senior Division Liberal Art Courses" by years. If a course is not designated as a "Senior Division Liberal Art Courses" in the year of you registration, you may not change its course category to "Liberal Arts Courses for Advanced Students".
