Notice to Graduating Students Important
To those who are going to graduate very soon,
We would like to inform you of the following information regarding Graduation Ceremony, Diploma Conferment Ceremony, and requests for questionnaires regarding graduation.
【Announcement of Graduates】
The announcement of the students approved to graduate in March 2024 was posted on the UTAS Bulletin bord on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

【The Diploma Conferment Ceremony for the College of Arts and Sciences】
＊You will be asked to display the email screen of your response to Survey of University Education Achievement at the entrance to the diploma conferment ceremony for the College of Arts and Sciences.
【Diploma Conferment Ceremony for each program】
And all of you should receive your diplomas at a smaller-scale ceremony with a warm atmosphere hosted by either JEA or ES course organizers.

＊Your Certificate of Program Completion and transcripts(3 copies) will be attached to your diploma.
＊Please note that you will need to exchange your student ID card for your diploma.
＊Obtaining a certificate from the automatic certificate machine is valid until PM3：00, March 29. (Please refer to the following on how to apply for certificates after graduation.

We requested you to fill out three types of questionnaires.
Please do not forget to complete them before you leave.
