Notice to Graduates in March 2026 Important
To those who are graduating in March,
We would like to inform you of the following information regarding the Graduation Ceremony, the Diploma Conferment Ceremony, and requests for questionnaires regarding graduation.
〇 Announcement of Graduates
The announcement of the students approved to graduate in March 2026 will be posted on the UTAS Bulletin Board on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

〇 The Diploma Conferment Ceremony for the College of Arts and Sciences

・You will be asked to display the email screen of your response to Survey of University Education Achievement at the entrance to the diploma conferment ceremony for the College of Arts and Sciences.
〇 Diploma Conferment Ceremony for each program
You will receive your diplomas at a smaller-scale ceremony with a warm atmosphere hosted by either JEA or ES course organizers.

For JEA graduates
DATE: Wednesday, 25 March
TIME: 16:00-
PLACE: KIBER Room 110
NOTE: Families of graduates will also be warmly welcomed. You can enter the venue around 15:50.
For ES graduates
DATE: Wednesday, 25 March
TIME: 16:10-16:30
PLACE: Building No.15, Room 104
NOTE: Diplomas will be conferred by the head of the department. Bring your student card to the reception. Only graduates can attend the ceremony.
・Your Certificate of Program Completion and transcripts in English(3 copies each) will be attached to your diploma.
・Please note that you must return your student ID card in exchange for your diploma.
・Obtaining a certificate from the automatic certificate issuing machine is valid until Wednesday, March 25. Please refer to the following on how to apply for certificates after graduation.

〇 Graduation Surveys
Please do not forget to complete the three types of questionnaires before you leave.
・PEAK Graduation Survey
The response method will be announced separately on the UTAS bulletin board.
・Exit Survey of Post-graduation Plans
Please launch UTAS and answer from Enquete> Answer Career Choice Survey.
