Application for Certificate of Completion for the University-wide Education Program in August/September Important
■ Elligible applicants: Students who will be graduating from the university or completing graduate school by the end of September 2026
(including those who intend to withdraw from the doctorate program after completing the program's course requirements)

- Regarding the application
The application period for the Certificate of Completion is at the beginning of the semester in which you graduate from your undergraduate program or complete your graduate studies (including withdrawing after completing all coursework for a doctoral program). Students wishing to receive a Certificate of Completion must complete the necessary procedures at UTAS during this period.
*If you do not apply for a Certificate of Completion, you will not be issued one. - Regarding the issuance of the Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion will be issued by the University of Tokyo to students who have acquired the necessary credits for program completion and have graduated from their undergraduate program or completed their graduate program (including those who have completed all coursework for a doctoral program).
*Even if you acquire the necessary credits for program completion, a Certificate of Completion will not be issued if you do not graduate from your undergraduate program or complete your graduate program (including those who have completed all coursework for a doctoral program). - Regarding this round of applications
This application procedure is for students who are scheduled to graduate from their undergraduate program or complete their graduate studies (including those who have completed doctoral courses) by the end of September 2026.
