Registration Forms for Sub-programs and others AY2020
Students must submit a notification form below if they would like to register for a Sub-major program, Sub-program and/or Cross-disciplinary Program.
Before submitting the notification, the approval from the Program Director of JEA (Prof. Yuichi Sekiya) or ES (Prof. Richard Shefferson) to which you belong by email must be obtained. Plan well in advance to complete the procedures within the designated period.
