《GFD Workshop 2019》Frontiers in Higher Education: A Workshop for Designing Transparent Teaching Materials
In this working session, participants apply that research about transparent instruction to the design of class activities and assignments and other teaching materials. Participants will leave with a draft assignment or activity for one of their courses, and a concise set of strategies for designing transparent teaching materials that promote students' learning equitably. Dr. Winkelmes invites you to respond to a 2-question online survey before March 15, 2019. Interested faculty are invited to join a follow-up conversation about engaging with this pedagogy as a contributing researcher.
