【7/3締切】【国連大学（UNU-IAS）】短期集中講座（UNU Intensive Core Courses）

国連大学サステイナビリティ高等研究所（UNU-IAS） では、サステイナビリティ・地球変動・国際開発プロジェクトをテーマにした 短期集中講座（3コース）を、以下の通り実施する予定です。

単位互換のための協定を結んでいる大学からも受講者を受け入れております。

この講座は、地球規模の課題をグローバルな視点から理論と実践の両面において分析するための知識とスキルを提供し、高い学術的レベルを目指すことを目的としています。 すべての講義は英語で行われます。各コース１回 100 分の授業を全 15 回行う予定です。

なお、実施時期、時間、場所（様式）がコースごとに異なりますので、よくご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。

日時： 2025年9月2日（火）～9月30日（火）
場所： コース1、2については対面のみ、コース3については対面とZoom を併用したオンライン講義で実施。コース3への応募予定者は、Zoom による講義への参加ができるインターネット環境から参加できることを事前に確認してください。

コース1：国連システムと持続可能な開発 "UN System and Sustainable Development"
持続可能な開発のための2030アジェンダの中心になる、17の目標は相互に関連しています。特に強調される5つの「P」*のうち、このコースでは「人間」「豊かさ」 「平和」「パートナーシップ」に注目して、SDGsの達成に向けた現状の問題点の分析と、必要なアクションの検討を行います。
*5つのP：人間（People）、豊かさ（Prosperity）、地球（Planet）、平和（Peace）、パートナーシップ（Partnership）
期間：9月2日～9月12日（12時30分～16時10分）
場所：国連大学ビル（オンラインでの配信はありません）
コース2：地球環境の変化とプラネタリー・バウンダリー"Global Change and Planetary Boundaries"
このコースでは、2030アジェンダの中で強調される5つのPのうち、「地球」「人間」「パートナーシップ」に注目して、SDGsの達成に向けた現状の問題点の分析と、必 要なアクションを検討します。
期間：9月16日～9月26日（12時30分～16時10分）
場所：国連大学ビル（オンラインでの配信はありません）
コース3：国際開発プロジェクト原論 "Principles of International Development Project"
事業評価手法や世界遺産保存への ICT 技術の応用といった、開発途上国における中核的な課題についての講義と、開発プロジェクト策定の専門家になったと想定して、開 発途上国の政治・経済指導者に対し適切な開発政策の提案をまとめることを目指したグループワークで構成されます。
期間：9月10日～12日、17日～29日（10時～11時40分） 、9月16日（12時30分～14時10分）、 9月30日（10時00分～14時10分）※最終プレゼンテーション
場所：国連大学ビル及びオンライン（ハイブリッド）

  • 指導教員の了承を得たことがわかるメール（送信者、受信者のメールアドレス表示があるもの）
  • 指導教員から承認を得て申請することを専攻事務に報告するメール（送信者、受信者のメールアドレス表示があるもの）
  1. 応募人数が定員を超える場合は、国連大学サステイナビリティ高等研究所（UNU-IAS）で受講者の選考を行います。
  2. やむを得ず履修をキャンセルする場合、速やかに総合文化大学院チームに連絡してください（9月以降は履修を取り消すことができなくなります）。
  3. 協定校学生の受講料は、無料です。

UNU-IAS organises UNU Intensive Core (IC) Courses focusing on the sustainability, global change and international development project in September 2025.
TThese courses are designed to provide analyses of global issues from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. Although advanced in nature, they are open to postgraduatestudents and professionals in various occupations who are not necessarily specialists in the field.
One course consists of fifteen 100-minute lectures.

Duration: 2-30 September 2025
Modality: Course 1 & 2 : UNU-HQ, Tokyo (On-site Only)
Course 3 : UNU-HQ, Tokyo & online
*Applicant for Course 3 needs to have regular access to a laptop or computer, with a reliable internet connection of high-speedbroadband forthe optimal learning experience by using Zoom.

UN System and Sustainable Development:
The 17 goals, which are central to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs), are interrelated. Of the five "P "*s that are particularly emphasised, this course focuses on people, prosperity, peace, and partnership among the 5Ps of the SDGs to analyse current issues and examine necessary actions to achieve the SDGs.

Global Change and Planetary Boundaries:
Among the five "P"s emphasised in the SDGs, this course primarily covers on planet, prosperity, and partnership to analyse current issues and examine necessary actions to achieve the SDGs.

Principles of International Development Project:
This course has two sections: lectures and group work. In the lecture series, you can learn about the core issues of developing countries, project evaluation methods, relationships between engineering and international development, applications of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to preserve world heritage sites, development and natural disasters, global urban climatology, and education in the context of international development, and the case of an international plant construction project. The group work session aims to develop a proposal for an international development project. Suppose you are an expert consultant on a project, and it has been requested that you recommend development policies and projects to politicians and/or economic leaders in a developing country.
