•Rethink your lifestyle: Explore food, physical activity, and what well-being means for you.
•Broaden your perspective: Learn from Japan and Malaysia and engage in dialogue with business practitioners.
•Build practical skills: Develop your own policy brief in English, turning evidence and ideas into a feasible proposal.
A dialogue with the Ambassador of Malaysia to Japan is planned for the final session.
