ステージ・オレンジ（６月１５日以降）の入構の取扱いについて
６月１２日付け研究科長・学部長通知により、６月１５日（月）から活動制限のステージが「レッドＡ」から「オレンジ」に引き下げられる旨お知らせしておりますが、ステージの変更に伴い、入構の取扱いを下記のとおり変更いたしますのでお知らせいたします。
記
１．関係者以外の入構は、原則として認めない取扱いとし、正門以外の各門は、引き続き閉鎖します。
なお、正門からの入構の際には、活動制限の緩和による感染拡大を防止する観点から、次の運用を引き続き実施します。
(1) マスクを着用していない者の入構は、原則として認めません。ただし、熱中症への対応は必要となりますので、以下の「令和２年度の熱中症対策」環境省・厚労省作成パンフレットを参照の上、適切な対応をお願いします。

(2) 入構の際には、以下の「東大駒場Iキャンパス入構/施設利用申請サイト」への登録と申請が必要となります。また、入構の際には、当該サイトへの申請完了後の返信メッセージをスマホ等の画面に表示し、守衛室へ提示してください。学生証・職員証等の身分証明証も提示してください。ただし、当日の検温を忘れた場合やサイトへの登録・申請ができない
などの場合は、当分の間、守衛室で検温の実施及び所定の様式（様式４）を作成すれば入構することができます。

(3) 当日朝の検温で体温が３７．５℃以上の場合、あるいは直近１４日間に海外渡航歴のある場合は、入構することができません。
２．前期課程学生が、学内でのオンライン講義の受講を希望する場合は、情報教育棟、または21KOMCEE Eastで受講することが可能です。なお、受講を希望する場合は、上記１(2)の入構手続のほか、「東大駒場Iキャンパス入構／施設利用申請サイト」から予約してください。利用上の注意は同サイトをご覧ください。
３．駒場Ⅰキャンパスに所属する学生・教職員は、図書館を利用することが可能です。利用を希望する場合は、上記１(2)の入構手続のほか、「東大駒場Iキャンパス入構／施設利用申請サイト」から予約してください。利用上の注意は同サイトをご覧いただくとともに、図書館の開館日程等は駒場図書館ホームページでご確認願います。
４．後期課程学生及び大学院学生に対して、少人数ゼミを構内で開講する場合には、指定された教室で開講することが可能です。ゼミに参加する教員・学生の入構にあたっては、上記１(2)の手続を行ってください。
５．オンライン講義を構内から発信する場合は、21Komcee Westの教室と設備を使用することが可能です。なお、使用を希望する場合は、上記１(2)の入構手続のほか、以下の「東大駒場Ｉキャンパス・オンライン講義配信教室予約サイト」から予約してください。使用できる設備や、利用上の注意は同サイトをご覧ください。

６．今回の学内でのオンライン講義の受講、図書館の利用、少人数ゼミの開講については、クラスやサークルなどの友人と集うためのものではありません。入構の目的が終了した場合は、不必要に構内に滞留することなく退去するようお願いします。また、生協も食堂や購買部の営業を開始していますが、生協の感染防止対策に従って短時間での利用を心がけて下さい。なお、生協の利用のみを目的とする入構は原則として認められません。
７．上記のほかやむを得ない理由で入構を希望する場合は、総務課総務チームまでご連絡ください。

Restrictions and rules at the Komaba Campus during Stage Orange (after June 15)
The status of the Komaba Campus regarding COVID-19 infections has been lowered from "Red A" to "Orange" as of June 15th (Monday). The restrictions and rules regarding entering the Komaba campus will be enforced as follows:
1. All gates except for the main gate will remain closed. Only members of the Komaba I Campus are allowed to enter the campus, and they must do so through the main gate. The following procedures are in place to prevent the spread of infection.
(1) In principle, no one will be allowed to enter the premises without a mask on. However, please take appropriate countermeasures to prevent heatstroke.
(2)Before entering the Komaba I Campus, please file an application at the following "Application for Entry to the Komaba I Campus" website. Once your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be asked to show the confirmation email on your smartphone or other devices when you enter the campus. At the same time, please present your student or staff ID. If you forgot to take your body temperature or were unable to file an application online, you will be asked to take a temperature test and to fill out the form at the security guard's office.

(3)Those who had a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher on the morning of the day and those who had been outside Japan within the previous 14 days are not allowed to enter the campus.
2. Students in the Junior Division who wish to take online lectures on campus may do so at the Information Education Building or at 21 KOMCEE East. A reservation is required to take online lectures at those buildings. Please make a reservation at the "The University of Tokyo Komaba I Campus Entry/Facilities Use Application Site". You will also need to file an application for the general entry, as explained above.
3. Students, faculty, and staff at the Komaba I Campus may use the Komaba Library with a reservation. If you wish to use the library, please follow the above procedure 1) and 2) and make a reservation at the "The University of Tokyo Komaba I Campus Entry/Facilities Use Application Site". Please check the Komaba Library website for the opening hours. You will not be allowed to enter the library without a reservation.
4. Small-group seminars may be held on campus for students in the senior division and for graduate students. The seminars must be held in a designated seminar room. Both faculties and students are required to follow the procedure described in section (1) and (2).
5. Faculty members who wish to host online lectures from the campus may use the classrooms and facilities of 21Komcee West. Please follow the entry procedures described in section (1) and (2), and in addition, make a reservation at the "Online Classroom Reservation Site". For information on the equipment available and precautions, please refer to the website.

6. The use of the library, the classrooms, and the seminar rooms are not intended for gathering with friends or with members of student clubs. Please leave the campus as soon as you have finished your tasks. Students are not allowed to enter the campus for the sole purpose of using the Co-op.
