教職員倫理に関するセルフチェックの実施について

社会連携講座等検証・改革委員会（以下「委員会」という。）の下に設置された倫理ワーキンググループ（以下「倫理WG」という。）における検討報告、および２０２６年４月８日に行われた総長会見において、本学教職員倫理規程に関する認識の徹底と意識の向上を図る旨が示されたことも踏まえ、改めて教職員倫理について認識を深めていただく契機として、全教職員が教職員倫理に関するセルフチェックを実施することになりました。
ついては、令和8（2026）年5月26日以前に回答された方も含め、以下のフォームよりセルフチェックを実施いただくようお願いいたします。
ただし、「はい」にチェックが入らなかった項目については「セルフチェックリストの解説」等により必ず内容を確認し、各自で理解を深めていただくようお願いいたします。

※セルフチェックは、常勤/非常勤、有期雇用/無期雇用に関わらず、本学と雇用契約のある方全員が対象となります。

Based on the review report by the Ethics Working Group (hereinafter referred to as "Ethics WG"), established under the Committee for the Review and Reform of Social Cooperation Programs (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee"), as well as the statement delivered at the Presidential press conference held on April 8, 2026, indicating the intention to ensure thorough understanding and raise awareness of the University of Tokyo Ethics Regulations for Academic and Administrative Staff, all faculty and administrative staff are hereby requested to conduct the self-check "Ethics Self-Assessment for Faculty and Administrative Staff" as an opportunity to further deepen their understanding. Therefore, we kindly ask you, including those who have already completed the self-check on or before May 26, 2026, to complete the self-check using the form below. However, for any items where you did not select "Yes," please make sure to review the explanations provided in the "Explanation of the Self-Check List" and deepen your understanding individually.
