ステージ・オレンジへの移行と活動再開の方針について
総合文化研究科・教養学部の皆さま
新型コロナウイルス対策タスクフォース座長の福田理事から、全学の活動制限のレベルを６月１５日（月）からレベル２からレベル１に引き下げる旨の通知があったことを踏まえ、本研究科・学部においても、同日より、現行のステージをレッドＡからステージ・オレンジに移行します。
なお、ステージ・オレンジでの活動制限については、５月２９日（金）に「新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴う総合文化研究科の対応指針」としてお示ししておりますが、あらためてステージ・オレンジでの活動についてお知らせさせていただきます。
１．前期課程学生については、キャンパス内でオンライン授業を受講することを可とします。（原則的には、自宅でのオンライン受講が困難な学生に限定します。）なお、学内でのオンライン授業の受講には、Webによる事前予約が必要となります。詳細について別途通知しますので、希望者は、確認の上手続をお願いします。
２．後期課程学生及び研究科学生については、１のオンライン授業での構内での受講のほか、少人数のゼミや卒業研究（後期課程学生）、少人数のゼミや研究（総合文化研究科学生）、キャンパス内での実施を可とします。その際の入構時間は平常時の３割以下とします。入構に際しては、Webによる事前予約が必要となります。詳細について別途通知しますので、希望者は、確認の上手続をお願いします。
３．教員、研究員の方々については、キャンパス内でオンライン授業を発信することを可とします。加えて、少人数のゼミや研究などはキャンパス内での実施を可とします。その際の入構時間は平常時の３割以下とします。
４．研究については、入構時間は平常時の３割以下を目安としてください。
５．会議については、各種の会議は積極的にオンライン会議を利用していただきますが、１０人以下の会議を開催することを可とします。
６．事務組織では、出勤者数の率について６割程度を上限として、一部の業務について、業務遅滞、事後処理を認め、時差通勤を奨励するとともに、業務の性質上、可能なものは、交代等により在宅で行います。
あらためて上記方針について、ご理解ご協力いただきますようお願いいたします。

The transition to Stage Orange and the plan to resume activities on campus
Dr. Fukuda, executive director and chair of the U-Tokyo coronavirus task force has announced the lowering of the university-wide status from level 2 to level 1, effective Monday, June 15. In light of this, the current stage of the Komaba campus will be changed from Stage Red A to Stage Orange.
I announced the rules and regulations for Stage Orange on May 29. Here, I would like to announce once again how activities shall be carried out on the Komaba Campus during this stage.
1 Students in the Junior Division are allowed to take online classes on campus (limited to students who have difficulty taking classes online at home). Please note that a reservation is required to take the classes on campus.
2 Students in the Senior Division, graduate students, and research students may enter the campus for their research activities and attend small-group seminars. These students may also take online classes on campus. Please limit the time you spend on campus to 30% or less of the time that you would spend on campus during normal times. A reservation is required to enter the campus, use the classrooms, and enter the library.
3 Faculty members and researchers may host online lectures from the campus. You may also host small-group seminars on campus for students in the senior division and graduate students. Please keep the time you spend on campus to 30% or less of the time that you would spend on campus during normal times.
4 When you conduct research activities, please keep the time you spend on campus to 30% or less of the time that you would spend on campus during normal times.
5 We encourage you to conduct all of your meetings online whenever possible. Meetings may be held in person only if there are no more than ten attendees.
6 The administrative office shall have a maximum of 60% of staff members commute to the campus. Some delays and post-processing are expected, and staggered office hours and working from home are encouraged.
